Shipping Information:

We strive to fill all orders within 24-48 hours. However, due to the nature of high end gourmet products, which are produced in limited quantities to ensure the highest quality, delays and back orders may occur. For cigar or confection orders, we may substitute products of similar or higher quality and value at no additional charge. For custom ordered watches or artwork, a customer service rep will call to confirm delivery time after your order is received. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No refunds or returns. If product is damaged in transit, we ask that you please contact us for exchange within one week of delivery, or your exchange may not be able to be accommodated.
